How to redirect someone to chrome://kill or chrome://hang with JavaScript

I would like to redirect someone to chrome://hang, chrome://kill or chrome://quit

I have tried using code like this:
window.location.replace(‘chrome://hang’); Since I’m asking this on stack overflow everyone knows it didn’t work, here’s what the console spits out Not allowed to load local resource: chrome://hang/ (anonymous) @ VM490:1

I do NOT have any malicious intents! All I want to do is just a practical joke on my friends, or just a way to debug faster.
